KEY REQUIREMENTS ? 2
years of sales supervisory experience ? Experience in optical/clinical fields desired ? Detail-oriented ? Critical thinker ? Eligibility to work:
Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship ? Additional Language is a plus (Spanish) ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment ? Assertive and effective communication skills ? Must be available to work retail hours (including weekends), travel for training, etc.

Drive top line sales by supporting the team with the execution of business strategies ? Support the Sales Manager and Brand Manager by leading the team through business plans and objectives ? Assist with the execution of customer satisfaction strategies and own solutions delivery to the customer escalations ? Foster consistency with business operating policies and procedures ? Collaborate with the completion of day-to-day administration duties ? Create partnerships between the retail, clinical, and lab sides of the operation ? Contribute to the ongoing learning culture for successful performance of the team ? Utilize reporting data for business performance updates and realignment Job Type:
