Train new personnel in the functions of a communications technician.
In-service employees on procedural changes.
Answers phones, monitors alarm systems, CCTV and dispatches officers as required.
Monitors flow of traffic in ER drive and responds to it appropriately.
Process identification badges and completes data entry into the Security Services productivity monitoring system.
Reports to Supervisor, Security Services Kennestone Hospital.
Qualifications Required Minimum Education:
High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Minimum
Experience:
1 year previous dispatch/communication experience preferred.
Required Minimum Skills:
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Data entry skills necessary to complete incident reports, identification badges and related documents.
Public relations skills necessary to communicate effectively with the public in a courteous, professional and tactful manner.
Must be able to accept responsibility, manage authority and maintain confidentiality.
Required Minimum Certification:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
