We are looking for a customer service driven individual that has strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
You would be splitting your time between communities, assisting Real Estate Agents with handling the responsibilities to successfully manage, oversee and sell new homes.
You will be performing duties such as maintaining paper and electronic records, answering queries, scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and following up on potential leads.
You will be responsible for maintaining a database of clients and updating it on a regular basis.
In addition, you will assist the Real Estate Agents with coordinating successful open houses, events and showing homes to potential buyers.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Assisting in preparing real estate documents and forms Collecting signed copy of the agreements from clients Reviewing and updating community specific information on listings and websites Creating and distributing brochures and other marketing materials Walking properties under construction Taking photos of the properties under construction Tracking and reporting competition Attending weekly/monthly meetings and classes as scheduled Job Type:
