We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual who enjoys providing excellent customer service and assisting in administrative tasks to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with both customers and our team.
Responsibilities:
1.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Administrative Tasks:
Manage the schedules and calendars of our technicians.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and service calls efficiently.
Proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various administrative tasks.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or service quickly and efficiently.
Perform light accounting work, such as invoicing and tracking payments.
Collect payments from customers accurately and securely.

Ad-Hoc Assignments:
Be flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Assist in various tasks to support the smooth operation of the company.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Positive and upbeat attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage calendars effectively.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional relevant education or experience preferred.
