Must have dependable transportation! Hours:

00am - 10:
30am (or 12pm), Hours vary based on weekly, monthly and as needed cleaning Day per Week:
Monday - Friday Duties:
DAILY:
Sweep Damp mop Remove Trash Wipe windows, countertops (kitchen, lobby, etc) , break tables, refrigerators, microwave Restock soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags Vacuum carpet, mats Clean restrooms WEEKLY:
Dust Cobwebs, cubicle frames, window seals, baseboards (Mondays) MONTHLY:
Windows (the 1st day business day) AS NEEDED:
Clean Showers Pick up trash in park lot Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Note:
This position may also be referred to as a Janitor, Porter, or Custodial role.
