The Divisional General Manager is responsible for managing, directing and controlling all store operations and sales functions for multiple stores and sales territories. The incumbent will provide leadership to their Store Managers and Divisional Sales Managers to drive an increase in sales, organic growth and margin.
Ensure excellence in all operational elements including store conditions, safety, customer service, P&L management, sales and marketing executions.
Oversee the interviewing, selection, training and evaluation of store personnel. Address issues in a timely manner and ensure proper actions are taken.
Meet with Store Managers and Divisional Sales Managers on a regular basis to communicate divisional, store and company information including new initiatives, financial performance, goals and objectives.
Improving profitability by increased sales and market share and expense control.
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing or Operations Management. Advanced degree preferred.
10-15 years experience in the automotive and distribution industries.
5-10 years experience in multi-location store operations and customer service.
Must have ability to read and understand financial reports and measurements.
Candidate must possess analytical and critical thinking skills, leadership and management and must possess coaching skills that build teamwork.
Strong PC skills, including MS Office products.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
