Determine, develop, and implement quality standards for mining process, inspection of materials and quarried sub-surface materials, including Granite, Marble, Limestone, Quartzite, Sandstone, Adoquin, Onyx. Analyze the mineral and material composition of mined natural stones, determine the structural strength, density, texture and quality to ensure appropriate utilization; Analyze laboratory test results in order to determine quality issues, determine cause of problems, and develop technical solutions; Review new material mining plans, make recommendations for selection based on design objectives, such as heat resistance, electrical conductivity, material deterioration, and cost; Review and analyze ongoing practical mining operations and systems and recommend cost effective process modifications based on utilization of modern production equipment and safety standards utilizing knowledge of mining and materials engineering; Analyze historical geological data and determine the capacity, analyze feasibility of continued production, recommend process methodologies for efficient extraction and transportation of materials to minimize costs; Participate in domestic and international mining and distribution trade conferences for enhancing MSIs image and introduce companys products for developing markets; Implement a comprehensive system of planned and documented internal quality audits to verify whether quality activities comply with planned arrangements and to determine the effectiveness of the quality and safety process.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in chemical/mineral/related engineering discipline plus five years experience in job offered or related QA, chemical/material/mineral engineering occupation
